This template is based on the components inside Agent Locator and formatted to display information in similar locations for people who are used to using that system. But since this is Notion, the layout can be easily changed and more components can be added, to suit your specific workflows.
This is an 'advanced' CRM because it incorporates one of Notion's most powerful features: relational databases. If you're new to Notion then it will take you some time to get to grips with this feature but it's definitely worth the effort.
